Shop Policies

Payments

We only accept direct checkout with a credit or debit card.  We don’t accept any third-party payment (like through PayPal, Venmo, etc.).

We have layaway/partial payment options for friends who love something but can’t afford it all in one go.  If you are interested in this, please just message us and we’ll break it down for you and let you know what the options are for any item in particular.

We can only ship your item after your payment clears.  If you are paying for an item via partial payments/layaway, your item is shipped after your final payment clears.

Layaway / Partial Payment Plans

We do offer flexible layaway/ partial payment plans on most of our items. Just chat us, email us via our contact page, or message us on instagram to inquire after any item in particular and we will let you know which plans are available.

When you commit to a partial payment plan, the first payment (installment) is due that day and concurrently after that, you have a certain number of months to pay in full (the number of months depends on the specific plan committed to).

If someone abandons a plan they already committed to, the payments already made on an item are non-refundable; please be aware of this prior to committing to a plan. We want to cultivate an attitude of conscious consumerism and we want people to be sure about their purchases/payment commitments; please feel free to message us prior to purchasing for any extra concerns or questions you may have. We are here to help you!

If you are struggling to stay committed to your payment plan schedule, please let us know and we will work with you to find a solution that best fits us both. There may be extensions available (with possible fees) or other methods to alleviate any struggles you might have.

Only one item can be placed on a payment plan at a time, per person. We do not allow people to place multiple items on layaway/ partial payment plans at one time.

If a friend repeatedly abuses layaway/ a partial payment plan/ our hold policy, they may have restrictions put on what they can ask for (for example, they might not be extended the courtesy of layaway or holds in the future).

We want all shopping with us to be easy and enjoyable, which is why we allow flexible payment plans in general. Please help us cultivate a respectful community where layaway/partial payments/holds can be used well.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Holds

We’re so sorry guys, but we don’t take any returns or exchanges.  We try to provide super accurate measurements, photos, and descriptions to avoid anyone needing to return things.  We also do not accept order cancellations. We want to foster a shopping mindset of actively conscious consumption. We want to encourage all of our friends here to be one hundred percent sure about their purchases before making them.

BUT, if you ever want more info on an item or you need extra photos at different angles, or whatever it may be, we are happy to provide you with it prior to purchasing; we want you to be sure about your shopping and happy with your purchase.

We will occasionally hold items for people:  if you’re a friend who is absolutely sure about an item, but you happen to get paid in a few days, we’re happy to try to help you out.  Our hold policy allows an item to be held for you for up to 3 days.

Shipping

Sometimes, if a country has heavy shipping restrictions, we will not be able to ship to that location. If you’re a buyer who is located outside the US, please message us first to see if we can ship to you.

If you are within the US, your items will be shipped via USPS Priority shipping, with signature confirmation or extra insurance put on, when necessary.

Our normal ship-out days are Monday and Thursday.  If Monday happens to be a holiday, your package has to wait a day or two.

Most of the time, we ship your item out 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.  If your payment is not clearing, we message/email you and let you know.

Code of Conduct

We are a business— a small one, but a business nonetheless, and we have the right to refuse service to anyone who is breaking our policies, our website provider’s policies, posting inappropriate things on our interactive blogs, or just simply being rude or difficult.  We’ve almost never had to do this because thankfully, most of our customers are such amazing friends.

Thank you for being part of our respectful community; we love you :]
